Nutritional yeast is available in health food shops, it comes in flakes and is sprinkled on food. It helps to boost the vitamin B content and is used a lot by vegetarians.

River - I'm not sure on the nutritional yeast. Let me know how you get on. As for the 3 buckets of parsley - ROFLOL. Somehow I don't think you'll run out anytime soon. :)

I went outside yesterday and picked some parsley to chop and dry. Got a little carried away. Three BUCKETS of parsley picked and two bushes still untouched. Trays of drying parsley all over my lounge room. Hmmmm, what to do with it all? Let's see, some for T,some for K, then there's A, J, K2, G, S, nice BIG jars for each of them...........

I had another read of the lemony risoni to make sure I had the necessary ingredients and it mentions nutritional yeast. Any idea what that is? I'll check google and my local health shop, but I'm fairly sure I've never heard of it. I'm guessing it's different from bakers yeast and brewers yeast.

Nice recipes. I had chicken schnitzel with my lemon-parsley sauce. I've never tried veal scallops, preferring chicken to red meat, but I'll give them a try.
